BE FIRST TO SMILE 

     Take step say hello, put out your hand, introduce yourself, crack a joke, break the ice. The other person will probably be greatful that you spared them from having to do it, it is better to standing there in silence while you both look intently at your phones and avoid eye contact. 

DON'T GET INTO A FIGHT

      Fight is not the solution of any problem, they result in prison sentences and criminal record. If you feel that discussion become violent then simply walk away. But if you have confidence that your words help to finish this, then go ahead other wise best way is to walk away. 

BE INTERESTING 

     Read, watch and listen to things that give you stuff to talk about. Even better, ask people about their favorite conversation topic : themselves. And take pride in your work and your appearance, whatever they are. That's more attractive than any particular status or set of clothes.

BE THE BIGGER MAN 

       If people behave badly towards you. Behaving as badly or worse is never the right response. Whether they choose to follow it or not. Don't get hyper to response in same way, stay calm remember things done in anger are always better.

○  Don't pretend that you have all the answers.

○Be considerate of others, if somebody is struggling try to encourage them, or understand the circumstances behind why they're failing.

○Appreciate what you have, the real achievement in life is learning to be happy with your lot, comfortable in your skin, faithful and must say don't give up on dream.
