Simple healthy berry banana smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 mug(around 75g) frozen
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 2 heaped teaspoons no added sugar cashew nut butter
- 2 teaspoons mixed seeds
- 1 mug milk alternative such as soya or almond
- Put all the ingredients in a blender blend until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
