Simple healthy berry banana smoothie

 

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 mug(around 75g) frozen 
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 2 heaped teaspoons no added sugar cashew nut butter 
  • 2 teaspoons mixed seeds 
  • 1 mug milk alternative such as soya or almond 
Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender blend until thick and smooth. 
  2. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
