  Ingredients  1/2 mug(around 75g) frozen  1 medium ripe banana 2 tablespoons oats 2 heaped teaspoons no added sugar cashew nut butter  2 teaspoons mixed seeds  1 mug milk alternative such as soya or almond  Method Put all the ingredients in a blender blend until thick and smooth.  Pour into a tall glass and serve.
